I weighed myself for the first time in .... forever. And i knew it wouldn't be good.
102.9 kg.
I'm going to put it out there because hiding isn't helping.
My aims for the day:
1. Drink 2 lt water
2. No eating in the car
Shouldn't be too hard ....
My road to my healthy weight range. Discussing my favorite topics - food - exercise - healthy mind

I've spent a fortune and bought a dream item. A treadmill. A proper, quality treadmill.
Now, I'm having a fit about all that cash and my commitment to my health and fitness and all the holes I trip over.
I wouldn't say I'm on track for RTG - but it definately is still the intention.
It is a usual weight trend for me. Up, down, up, up, down. Two steps forward, two steps back. Always feeling like I'm treading water.
This week is no different. No better. No worse.
Training continuing - more running required, more strength training, less food.
You can do this.
An absolute fizzer.
I was always going to be busy but ...
I ate badly.
I did not exercise enough.
And I have been challenged to run the 22 instead of the 12. Phew. No way.
Onto a new week. A new attitude and ... better eating, more exercise.
First week of training for Run the Gap done. Am following a program I know very well which should get me to 10km in 12 weeks; adrenaline or determination will get me through the other 2km on the day. I completed 5/7 days so am pleased with that. Very little DOMS either which is even better.
But, if one of my goals is weight loss; my eating habits are up the creek and the paddle is in some deep, deep water.
So this week a nutritional and exercise goal.
1. Continue on my 10km training program. It won't be easy I am working 6/7 days and have a number of events to attend this week.
2. No snacks that are not fruit/yoghurt/nuts.
PS - have added a count down time. Woo hoo!
I have set a new goal.
I'm going to Run the Gap.
It is a 12 km route in the Grampians on the 25th May.
Aargh ....
So, I have 12 weeks to train and today I started with a 6 km interval run.
